These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile experience, and services, including purchasing plants, gamla/pots and garden decor, and booking landscaping/maintenance services. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
O.J Nursery and Pots is a plant nursery and landscaping business based in thane, serving customers with online plant/pot sales, home delivery and store pickup, and landscaping/garden-maintenance services for homes, housing societies, and corporate offices.
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order or make a payment. Creating an account requires a valid phone number, which is verified via a One-Time Password (OTP) sent over WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. As plants are living, natural products, minor variations in size, color, or appearance from the photo shown are normal and not considered a defect. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
Placing an order (via "Buy Now", cart checkout, or WhatsApp) is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is out of stock or a delivery area isn't serviceable). An order is confirmed only once we notify you via WhatsApp/email and/or your Order Status shows "Confirmed". We verify checkout phone numbers via OTP to prevent fraudulent or fake orders.

All online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner(s); we do not store your full card or banking credentials on our servers. If a payment is deducted but an order isn't confirmed, please contact us on WhatsApp with your payment reference — we will investigate and resolve this promptly, including a refund if the payment cannot be matched to a valid order.
At checkout, you may choose Home Delivery (fulfilled via our courier partner, Shiprocket) or Store Pickup at our thane location. Delivery is available only to serviceable PIN codes, which you can check at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout/order confirmation and are not guaranteed delivery dates — actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Site-visit bookings and recurring (weekly/monthly) maintenance plans are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Quoted pricing for landscaping work is an estimate until a site visit is completed; final pricing may be revised based on the actual scope of work, discussed and agreed with you before work begins. Recurring plans can be paused or cancelled anytime from your account.
Coupon codes and referral rewards ("Green Points") are subject to the specific terms shown at the time of use (such as minimum order value, validity period, and usage limits) and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at our discretion. Referral rewards are credited only once a referred customer's first order is confirmed.
You agree not to misuse the website — including submitting fraudulent orders, fake OTP verification attempts, abusive reviews, or attempting to interfere with the site's security or normal operation.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of O.J Nursery and Pots or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, O.J Nursery and Pots is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in thane, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
