- To process and deliver your orders, and to fulfil landscaping/maintenance bookings;
- To verify your phone number via OTP (sent over WhatsApp) for account security and to prevent fraudulent orders;
- To send order confirmations, delivery updates, payment receipts, and service reminders via WhatsApp and/or email;
- To operate your Wallet ("Green Points") balance and referral rewards;
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
- To improve our website, products, and services.

We share only the information necessary to fulfil your order/booking with:
- Payment gateway partners (e.g. Razorpay, Paytm) to process online payments;
- Our courier/logistics partner (Shiprocket) for home delivery, including your name, phone number, and delivery address;

- Government or law-enforcement authorities, only where required by law.

Our website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
